An expression of the disjunction between the current demand for material recycling/repurposing and ever-evolving technological processes.

23ct. flash diamond harvested from single use film cameras, set in 3D printed 316L surgical grade stainless steel. Polished prongs and sides of ring, rough texture of the 3D printed stainless steel on the rest.

Box may vary. The ring is produced with a highly advanced manufacturing process which sinters stainless-steel-dust into a solid object through the use of lasers. The texture on the non-polished parts of the ring is a byproduct of this manufacturing process.
