SHIPPING

All our products are shipped directly from our independent designers and artists who use their own packaging and shipping provider.

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

As we work with independent designers and artists, all shipping times are estimates and shipping fees vary per designer.

Please see the 'Shipping' tab on each product page for information on where your order will be shipped from, as well as shipping costs and production times in the case of made-to-order items and dispatch time. Shipping costs can be higher when you order items from different designers.

Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please, note that APOC Store is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.

Our shipping rates are carefully structured to encompass the majority of shipments. We strive to ensure fairness and affordability for our customers. Occasionally, specific customer addresses might necessitate supplementary shipping expenses. This could arise due to factors such as remote locations or specialized delivery requirements. We remain committed to transparency and will communicate any such additional charges via email with the opportunity to cancel an order if needed.

TRACKING

Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please, check the status of your parcel as there may be customs and taxes to be paid in order to receive your order. Failure to pay these charges on time may result in the return of your parcel, as well as you being liable to pay the taxes as these will have been charged to the designer.

TAXES & DUTIES 

Please note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Customers are liable to pay these. Please, see the shipping tab on the product page(s) to check the location of the item. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned and the taxes and return costs deducted from your refund amount.

APOC Store is currently unable to accurately estimate and collect import duties for you. To get an indication of the cost to expect, you may want to check an online calculator such as Simply Duty: https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/.

Please keep in mind that these values are only estimates and that there may be discrepancies between what the calculator says should be charged and what is actually charged (e.g. calculator’s estimate would usually apply a standard VAT rate and it will NOT include the individual carrier’s admin surcharge for example).

RETURNS

Please note that items categorised as made-to-order, pre-order, art pieces, jewellery, accessories, nail art, bags, hair items/wigs, and lingerie, swimwear are exempt from our returns and refunds policy. Additionally, please be aware that certain designers do not permit returns or refunds, as explicitly mentioned on their product listings. If you have any questions about our items, please feel free to email customercare@apoc-store.com.

For items that are eligible for returns, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email customercare@apoc-store.com with "Return - your order number" in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. 

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.

The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

EXCHANGES

Please, email customercare@apoc-store.com with your exchange request and a member of our team will help you. Customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs of exchanges, however, not all items are eligible for exchange such as made-to-order or pre-order. In some cases the designer may agree to an exchange which is up to their discretion.

HEAVY SHIPMENTS

For a selection of heavier/larger items in the Art section, shipping is calculated separately. After your purchase, you will receive a quote and can approve any additional costs before shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer different payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. PayPal also allows secure payment through your credit card or PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out.
