This sculpture takes the form of an imagined fossilized curling iron, suspended between tool and relic. Its elongated silhouette recalls a forgotten instrument, while rounded, magnet-like ends suggest dormant forces once in use.

Encased in a rough, encrusted surface, the object appears submerged and preserved over time. The mineral, coral-like texture gives the impression of something sealed into stillness, as if recovered from an unknown past.
