Collection: Anna Underowicz

Anna Underowicz is a Polish artist and architect based in Amsterdam. Working across sculpture, furniture, and installation, she explores the relationship between material transformation, architecture, and the body. Her practice is driven by experimentation with industrial processes, particularly the expressive potential of steel shaped through heat and manual fabrication. Blurring the boundaries between functional object and sculptural form, she creates pieces that reveal traces of their making. Alongside her design practice, she develops large-scale installations and exhibits internationally through residencies and exhibitions focused on spatial and material research.
