Design Academy Eindhoven graduate, Teun Zwets, focuses on the concept of usability rather than refinement, creating a new aesthetic that questions our throwaway culture.

The Panelled Cabinets are made from off-cut pieces from the workshop of world-renowned designer Piet Hein Eek. Oddly shaped reclaimed wood pieces are juxtaposed to form the robust and deeply layered facades of this collection of cabinets. They are the perfect embodiment of circular design where waste is turned into an intricate and valued piece of furniture.

A dainty dresser, a stately porcelain cabinet or a set of enticing nightstands – in consultation, much is possible. Prices are dependent on the desired specifications. The cabinets in these pictures have been sold in a range of 3.000 - 7.500 Euro's.
